Bartender

Sustainable Solutions Inc seeks a detail-oriented Bartender to support our continued growth across Sitka and beyond. At Sustainable Solutions Inc, $101,000 - $135,000 buys a senior seat, but 6 years of Cultural Awareness buys you the ownership that comes with it.

Key Responsibilities

• Make general tradeoffs visible so Sustainable Solutions Inc can weigh them
• Manage competing demands while keeping attention to detail high
• Balance independent work with effective freelance team collaboration
• Pressure-test assumptions before they harden into expensive mistakes
• Bridge Multitasking and Cross-Functional Collaboration so neither team works in the dark
• Make the joyfully-rigorous call when the data points two different directions
• Pair Analytical Thinking fluency with the patience to explain it plainly

What You'll Bring

• Real curiosity about why Sustainable Solutions Inc customers do what they do
• Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a tight-knit team
• An appetite for ownership that scales with the stakes
• An AK work history, or strong reasons you'll thrive here anyway

Sustainable Solutions Inc is the oddball-friendly Sitka company that turned a niche general obsession into something the whole AK now uses. At Sustainable Solutions Inc you're trusted with the why, not just handed the what.

For your Empathy and 5 of grit, we offer $101,000 - $135,000, mentorship, benefits, and the flexibility to do Sitka on your terms.
