Contract Manager

We're looking for a Contract Manager who can carry Cultural Awareness and Empathy at once without dropping either, here at Commerce Solutions Group. A $136,000 - $199,000 remote role for a manager professional ready to own deliverables and grow within a high-trust team.

Key Responsibilities

• Hold the line on quality when deadlines start whispering shortcuts
• Catch the small candor-rich details that derail general launches
• Carry general knowledge that doesn't live in any wiki yet
• Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for review by leadership
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable CA regulations
• Own the boring middle of a project, not just the kickoff
• Turn 7 of pattern recognition into faster general calls
• Balance independent work with effective remote team collaboration

What You'll Bring

• A communicator who can disagree without making it personal
• A portfolio that speaks louder than any line on your resume
• Confident communicator across email, calls, and in-person meetings
• Flexibility to adapt your approach as business needs evolve
• The grit to debug at 4pm on a Friday without complaint
• Demonstrated ability to teach what you know to someone greener
• Eagerness to take ownership and run with new responsibilities
