Industrial Engineer

You've debugged enough Kubernetes to develop opinions, and Meta has an Industrial Engineer role in Alamogordo where opinions are currency. Put your 5 years of experience to work in a $67,000 - $100,000 role with ownership, mentorship, and room to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Decode the undocumented Google Cloud service nobody at Meta remembers writing
• Translate Attention Management metrics into the one chart Meta leadership checks each morning
• Break large technology initiatives into Kubernetes increments Alamogordo can actually deliver
• Automate build, test, and deployment pipelines for faster release cycles
• Drive adoption of best practices in testing, security, and observability

What You'll Bring

• Real curiosity about why Meta customers do what they do
• Comfort navigating ambiguity when the brief arrives half-written
• 5+ years building trust the slow, unglamorous way
• An appetite for ownership that scales with the stakes

Anchored in Alamogordo, NM, Meta designs the kind of trust-the-team systems that technology teams quietly depend on every single day. You set the boundaries of your part-time schedule and we respect them without the side-eye.

Earn $67,000 - $100,000, sharpen your Scrum beside a mentor, enjoy the benefits, and never apologize for needing a flexible Tuesday.
