Maintenance Technician

We need a Maintenance Technician who can hit the ground running and help us deliver on ambitious goals this year. You'll take full ownership of Process Improvement initiatives, work alongside a strong team, and earn $73,000 - $103,000 in this contract role.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep mid-level expectations grounded in what the contract role can deliver
• Stitch together Customer Service and Process Improvement into one coherent workflow
• Make peace with sharp-but-gentle ambiguity and ship anyway
• Keep the FL engine running while you rebuild parts of it
• Refuse to let Process Improvement debt quietly accumulate on your watch
• Bridge Innovation and Multitasking so neither team works in the dark
• Own the boring middle of a project, not just the kickoff
• Anticipate the FL compliance wrinkle before it becomes a fire

What You'll Bring

• Practical Multitasking skills sharpened in a contract setting
• Innovation fundamentals plus the Multitasking polish clients notice
• Strong time-management skills and a bias toward action
• A portfolio or work samples that demonstrate your general expertise
• The grit to debug at 4pm on a Friday without complaint
• A communicator who can disagree without making it personal
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
