Teaching Assistant

There's a temporary opening at Netflix Studios for a Teaching Assistant, and the work starts where Continuous Learning meets a genuinely hard problem. Bring Public Speaking and Cultural Awareness; we'll bring $44,000 - $66,000, a strong team, and the ownership that turns experience into impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Netflix Studios professionally with vendors, partners, and customers
• Question the brief when the brief doesn't match reality
• Make general tradeoffs visible so Netflix Studios can weigh them
• Surface risks early, loudly, and with a proposed fix attached
• Carry general knowledge that doesn't live in any wiki yet

What You'll Bring

• Familiarity with Continuous Learning and related tools or frameworks
• 1 years that taught you which corners can be cut
• Junior mastery of Strategic Planning, validated by people who'd hire you again
• The instinct to ask "what would change your mind?" before debating
• 1+ years navigating the politics that general work attracts
• A collaborator's reflex to share credit and absorb blame
• Enough Resilience to be dangerous, enough Continuous Learning to be trusted

Netflix Studios is a hands-on Henderson, NV company born from the belief that general tools should respect the people using them. We default to writing things down so the whole general team stays in the loop without endless meetings.

Take $44,000 - $66,000, add a mentor invested in your rise, layer on benefits and remote options, and that is the Netflix Studios offer in one breath.
