UX/UI Designer

Forget the phrase "make it pop"; the UX/UI Designer we want at BKD replaces vague feedback with HTML/CSS and a clearer point of view. What sets the offer apart is trust — $61,000 - $93,000 and temporary hours are nice, but the creative ownership is the headline.

Key Responsibilities

• Choreograph the handoff so nothing people-first gets lost between studio and dev
• Reframe a rejected idea as the seed of the one that finally lands
• Pair Adobe Illustrator craft with Public Speaking thinking to solve fuzzy creative problems
• Argue palette and type with the same evidence you'd bring to a Cross-Functional Collaboration review
• Pull a coherent palette from a logo three agencies already over-touched
• Map the emotional arc of a launch video, beat by beat, before a frame is shot

What You'll Bring

• 7+ years that left you with strong instincts and few illusions
• Strong time-management skills and a bias toward action
• A Peoria network, or the hustle to build one from scratch
• Strong multitasking ability without sacrificing quality
• Comfort being measured against a clear senior bar
