Video Editor

An internship Video Editor role with Excellence Consulting is open, and the bar is simple: own Accountability, raise the standard, repeat. Here $86,000 - $118,000 buys not just your time but a stake in the general work, the kind Excellence Consulting trusts mid-level people to steer.

Key Responsibilities

• Push back, respectfully, when a Cross-Functional Collaboration shortcut will cost us later
• Turn a vague internship mandate into work Excellence Consulting can measure
• Tie general effort back to a number Excellence Consulting cares about
• Partner sideways with teams who rarely sit in the same room
• Defend the Critical Thinking fundamentals when speed tempts everyone to skip them
• Coordinate scheduling, resources, and logistics for assigned tasks

What You'll Bring

• Comfort owning a number that goes up or down because of you
• A solid foundation in Accountability, refined over 4+ years
• Written communication clear enough to survive a forwarded email chain
• Sharp organizational skills and an ability to juggle multiple workstreams
• Proven Growth Mindset judgment when the textbook answer doesn't fit

At the heart of Excellence Consulting is a purpose-led belief that great general software should feel effortless. Decisions at Excellence Consulting come with a name attached, because ownership without accountability is just noise.

You'll receive $86,000 - $118,000, a hybrid schedule, and a personalized development plan tailored to your general career goals.
