Concierge

Half technician, half storyteller: that's the Concierge Power Solutions Group is searching for, and Multitasking is where the story starts. The proposition holds together — $70,000 - $106,000, 5 years, an OH base, and ownership the rest of the market rarely grants.

Key Responsibilities

• Refuse to let Prioritization debt quietly accumulate on your watch
• Convert Stress Management chaos into a backlog someone can actually work
• Own the follow-through after the general meeting ends
• Bridge Stress Management and Cultural Awareness so neither team works in the dark
• Turn ambiguous Goal Setting requests into shipped, measurable outcomes
• Sense when a Cincinnati relationship needs a call, not an email
• Partner with peers to troubleshoot issues and share practical knowledge
• Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for review by leadership

What You'll Bring

• Experience at the senior level inside a temporary role
• Proven track record delivering results as a senior Concierge
• 6+ years putting Multitasking to work in a general setting
• Comfort owning a number that goes up or down because of you
• Comfort with temporary arrangements and the rhythms of a deeply technical workplace
• A communication style that translates jargon back into plain English
