Graphic Designer

Business Partners Inc seeks a Graphic Designer in WV who treats every project as a chance to push the craft further. This remote-friendly mid-level role offers $52,000 - $79,000, the freedom to own your roadmap, and a team that helps you grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Set guardrails loose enough for mid-level creatives to surprise you inside them
• Translate abstract briefs into clear, unpretentious visual directions
• Engineer a template system flexible enough to survive Business Partners Inc's rebrand
• Refine messaging and visuals using performance data and audience insight
• Pull a coherent palette from a logo three agencies already over-touched
• Turn complex creative information into clear, engaging visuals
• Convert vague proudly-imperfect adjectives from a brief into concrete, defensible choices

What You'll Bring

• Comfort being measured against a clear mid-level bar
• A learner's pace that keeps up with shifting requirements
• A collaborator's reflex to share credit and absorb blame
• Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a tight-knit team
• The kind of ownership that treats the company's money like your own
