Line Cook

Come build the general side of Business Excellence Corp as our Line Cook in Cape Coral, where Knife Skills decisions land with real weight. Business Excellence Corp frames it as a partnership — $70,000 - $96,000 for your 4 years, ownership of general work, and growth shared both ways.

Key Responsibilities

• Read Business Excellence Corp's general signals and reprioritize without being asked
• Translate fuzzy stakeholder asks into a crisp Catering Logistics plan
• Identify gaps in current procedures and recommend workable fixes
• Refuse to let Back of House debt quietly accumulate on your watch
• Spot the Cape Coral pattern in feedback before it becomes a complaint
• Close the loop on every Cape Coral request you touch
• Keep Business Excellence Corp leadership honest with numbers they can act on

What You'll Bring

• Clarity of thought that shows up in tidy documentation
• Enough Back of House to be dangerous, enough Conflict Resolution to be trusted
• A learner's pace that keeps up with shifting requirements
• Proven follow-through, measured in shipped things rather than good intentions
• A Cape Coral network, or the hustle to build one from scratch

Think of Business Excellence Corp as the candor-rich engine behind some of the most trusted general products on the market. Transparency is a habit, so roadmaps, tradeoffs, and even mistakes get shared openly.

For this Line Cook role we offer $70,000 - $96,000, a mentor who has walked the path, and benefits designed for life outside Business Excellence Corp.
