Motion Graphics Designer

Strategic Consulting Group is opening a Motion Graphics Designer chair for someone who treats HTML/CSS like a second language and deadlines like a sport. This MN role reads like an upgrade — $84,000 - $122,000, internship hours, 7 years valued, and a path that does not dead-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep the autonomy-driven brand promise intact while every channel demands its own dialect
• Run the critique that makes junior creative work braver, not safer
• Own the full creative process from initial brief to final handoff
• Craft layouts, typography, and imagery that elevate the Strategic Consulting Group experience
• Iterate quickly on feedback while protecting design quality and intent
• Research trends and competitor work to keep Strategic Consulting Group's output ahead of the curve
• Leave a documented trail so the next creative inherits judgment, not just files

What You'll Bring

• Familiarity with the Woodbury market and local creative landscape
• A team player who lifts up colleagues and shares credit
• Senior mastery of Critical Thinking, validated by people who'd hire you again
• At least 6 years building expertise within the creative space
• Demonstrated knack for making the fiercely-supportive feel manageable

Strategic Consulting Group is the trust-the-team MN company that built its name on creative work nobody else wanted to do properly. People here care as much about how we work together as what we ship.

We reward tinker-friendly contributors with $84,000 - $122,000, flexible hours, wellness perks, and meaningful career development support.
